off the shelf: latest reads

I read books and they were good. Flash review of Cursed ChildImprudence, and The Scottish Prisoner. I also just finished Rosamund Hodge’s Cruel Beauty (mentioned in the video) and am experiencing serious book hangover. Check out the video for more.

This will probably be the last video in the bedroom, because the lighting is just insane.

  1. I love your video reviews! i was the same way, I wasn’t going to read Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, but I couldn’t help myself and read it. I enjoyed it. I haven’t read The Scottish Prisoner yet as I also haven’t read the side Outlander books. I don’t like John Grey as a character either . . . I think I’ll keep waiting to read this one. Good reviews!

    1. So glad you enjoy them 🙂 I never quite know what I’m going to say when I’m recording. Sigh, John Grey, I really wish I could like him more as a character. The Jamie bits weren’t bad, but not enough to keep me interested in the overall plot.
